Unfortunately FanUpdate needs MySQL and PHP to function, so no, Webs isn't going to work. May I see your site, though? I do give free subdomain hosting to a few deserving people... ;3

Hey, I got your comment about my layout (jimmies on ice-cream).
The #comments link is simply the styling preview in case you already have an updates system in place. If you like, though, I can help you work the layout into FanUpdate (super simple blog / updates script)!
